WAI is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of your confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personally-identifiable information is not actively shared.
We do not collect any personal information on our website except that which might be collected by our internet service provider. That information is not provided to WAI.
We do not re-distribute or sell any information collected on our web server.
Information collected
WAI may collect personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, and your interest in making and donatingdonation. Such personal information may be requested by us or provided by you in order to receive updates, newsletters, the annual report, etc. Additional personal information, such as credit card account information, may be requested to make donations or purchase goods and services.

WAI may receive from Google statistics identifying particular IP addresses from which our website is accessed.

WAI may use personal information collected from our website for the purpose of communicating with you, but we will always provide you the opportunity to opt-out of that type of use.
WAI may use browser-IP-address information to improve Web presentation and utilization.
The WAI website may use sometimes use cookies in order to deliver web content specific to individual user’s interests or to keep track of online transactions. Sensitive personal information is never stored within cookies.

WAI will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you, except for certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.
WAI will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organizations.

Individuals who wish to use payment methods other than online may call or send materials via the postal service.
